This is the privacy policy for DynBrew. We keep what we need to run the service and nothing more.

Data we collect

We collect the information you give us and the minimum needed to run DynBrew:

• Account details: your email address, username and password (stored hashed).
• Content you create: recipes, brew sessions, measurements, listings and messages.
• Technical data: IP address and basic request logs, kept for security and debugging.

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

How we use it

Your data is used only to provide the service: to authenticate you, store your brewing data, deliver notifications you have asked for, and keep the platform secure.

We never sell your personal data.

Sharing

Content you choose to publish — public listings, pub posts and reviews — is visible to other users. Everything else stays private to your account.

We share data with third parties only where strictly necessary to run the service (our hosting provider) or where required by law.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. Deleted items are soft-deleted and purged on a rolling basis. If you close your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days, except where we must keep it to meet a legal obligation.

Your rights

You can access, correct or export your data, and request deletion of your account, at any time.
