Terms of service

These are the terms for using DynBrew. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. You must be old enough to brew and consume alcohol in your jurisdiction to use DynBrew. Provide accurate information when you register.

Content you post

You keep ownership of the recipes, notes and other content you create. By posting content publicly you grant us a licence to display it within the service.

You are responsible for the content you post and must have the right to share it.

Acceptable use

Use DynBrew lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

• Post illegal, abusive or misleading content.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Use the marketplace to sell prohibited or counterfeit goods.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Liability

DynBrew is provided "as is". Brewing calculations, suggestions and data are tools to assist you — always use your own judgement. We are not liable for spoiled batches, equipment damage or losses arising from use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Significant changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
